A large fire started by oily rags destroyed a truck repair facilty located close to the Waukegan Airport. The Newport Township Fire Department arrived on the scene and quickly requested Waukegan's ARFF to respond from the airport due to the large amount of oil and fuel that was burning. Departments from all over Lake & Kenosha Counties assisted in fighting the fire.
